I think it is safe to say that we all want to achieve success in one measure or another.  Success doesn’t exclusively mean financial gain; success can mean achieving a goal of any kind. The problem most people have with finding success is that they focus too much on the negatives and not enough on the direction in which they want to go. One must look at a goal as a journey and expect bumps in the road along the way. However, when we encounter those bumps we should never allow them to define our resolve or our resolve.

It has always been my opinion, that success is achieved far more frequently to those that surround themselves with a good team. This team can be anything from a group of employees, family members, friends, or even self-education via whatever means necessary. The more minds that are in place working toward a goal, the more options there will be on the table. Different personalities are needed to create a nucleus of stability. Within every team, there is the thinker, the person more prone to panic, the fixer, and the realist. These personality differences can and do cause much argument at times but they are vital to the overall flow of any endeavor. For example, if a bump in the road is encountered the thinker will become quiet and begin analyzing while the panic prone person will accuse the thinker of not caring. All the while, the fixer begins addressing the issue while the realist sees things as they are and from a detached perspective. Once the rage of emotion calms down, the panic prone person keeps everyone moving forward, the thinker makes sure all of the details are handled, the realist keeps things on a practical level, while the fixer addresses and rectifies the issue. It is this conundrum of personalities and ideas that cause a harmony within a team.

If you have a dream or a goal, pursue it with all of your might. Create a team, be smart in your decisions, and be steadfast in your desire to achieve success. If these things are in place and you do not ever allow negativity to dictate your attitude, the only thing that stands in your way of success is time.
